01 Regular Oxygen Lancing in the areas of LP Bay, CCP, Tundish, etc.

03 Injection of Carbon in PCI/CDI Systems
04 Lancing in P.S. Converter and Aluminium Smelters,
Daiwa make calorized refractory coated pipes are being produced from hot-rolled coils as supplied by Nippon Steel Japan. A homogeneous calorization process is done by diffusing Aluminium onto the surface of the pipes resulting which our pipes becomes free from
a) hot corrosion
b) metal dusting
c) oxidation
d) carborization
e) sulphidation
Our calorized refractory coated pipe can withstand the maximum heat temperature of upto 2100oC. in comparison to M S Pipe which can withstand only 700oC to 800oC. In addition to the above, it has on both sides refractory coating. The thick exterior surface of the coating protects the pipe from heat and the thinner interior surface protects the M S from heat of the objects that passes through and protects the corrosion of the surface.
On having the above premium parameters, DAIWA calorized lancing pipe lasts 5 to 10 times more than that of the conventional one. It being a premium and state-of-the-art product, DAIWA claims the following:
i) safe lancing solution due to being a material production from high quality standard raw material
ii) most cost effective lancing solution in terms of minimum consumption of pipe
